Abstract Submission

Post-Deadline Paper Submission

Post-deadline papers can now be submitted via EMAIL. Please confirm the following information:

  • Deadline: August 9, 2013
  • Submit via email to: ifsa2013@ile.osaka-u.ac.jp (Papers cannot be submitted through the website) In your email, please include the following information:
    • Your full name and email address
    • Name of your institution
    • Name of the program category you have chosen from the list below
    • For students: nominate for the “Poster Awards” YES / NO
  • Post-deadline papers can be accepted as "Poster" only.
  • For the format, please download the template here.
  • Notification of acceptance will be made via email by August 19, 2013.

Papers should be written in clear English on an A4 size paper (297×210 mm) with a 25 mm margin on all sides. The text should be typed in one column format with 12 pt font size. “Times New Roman” font or equivalent is recommended. The total length is limited to one page. Please refer to the template for more details.
Prepare a PDF file of your abstract, which should involve all fonts and graphics used in the file. The authors are requested to check the computer file by themselves. The conference secretary does not take care of repairing files in incorrect or insufficient format. Then, please submit the PDF file to ifsa2013@ile.osaka-u.ac.jp no later than August 9, 2013.

Please note that you are allowed to submit ONLY ONE abstract to IFSA2013.

Abstract Submission

Abstract should be written in clear English on an A4 size paper (297×210 mm) with a 25 mm margin on all sides. The text should be typed in one column format with 12 pt font size. “Times New Roman” font or equivalent is recommended. The total length will be limited to one page for all presentations. Page number should not be added for easily making the abstract book. Please refer to the sample MS-WORD file for more details.

Abstract submission can be made via registration Web site. Prepare a PDF file of your extended abstract which should involve all fonts and graphics used in the file. The authors are requested to check the computer file by themselves. The conference secretary does not take care of repairing files in incorrect or insufficient format. Then, please submit the PDF file to the submission site no later than March 15, March 31, April 15,2013.

We would appreciate it if the authors make the PDF file size less than 1 Mbytes for saving the storage of our Web sever. Thank you for your cooperation.
