Achieved a great success, hosting "International Workshop on Terahertz Technology" at Osaka Nov. Review "Recent topics in High-Tc supercodnuctive Electronics"has been publised in Japanese Journal of Applied Phyics, July Newly developed Scaning Fiber-Probe Laser-Terahertz Emission Microscope (LTEM) , which is our original. May Newly developed Fiber-coupled compact mobile THz-imging head wiht hyper-hemisperical Si lens. Mar. Report on "Current Status and Future Prospcet of Terahertz Technology" has been issued. Mar. First finding of THz emission from multiferroic material and its memory effect Mar.
