Application process
1. When submitting your form, please check Yes on Use the network in ILE.
* Application processing take some time, please be sure to apply at least a week in advance of the day you wish to start using.
- For those applying for nation-wide joint usage and research, please click here.
- For a copy of the above form for international joint researchers, please consult the ILE Host Scientist (admissions officer).
2. "ILE-collabo-AGNET" guide (mailer), and application/user agreement can be obtained from the ILE host scientist.
Please be sure to receive them when visiting.
∗ The host scientist must confirm the documents and sign by hand. The researcher is asked to also sign by hand and submit the form on their next visit.
3. After confirming the contents of the "ILE-collabo-AGNET" application, sign your name and submit it to the CMP (or the host scientist).
4. Use the "ILE-collabo-AGNET" as outlined in the guide (mailer).

Directions for those applying twice or more in an academic year
When changing from the initial password to new password after applying.
Please check Yes on Use the network in ILE.
We will omit the "ILE-collabo-AGNET" guide application/user agreement.
∗ If you've changed the initial password, this password is used for the full academic year.
If you have forgotten your password, contact the host scientist to have it reset.
If you haven't submitted an application, or initial password has not been changed:
The same as the first time, Please check Yes on Use the network in ILE.
The "ILE-collabo-AGNET" Guide (mailer) and application/user agreement can all be obtained from the host scientist.
Please be sure to receive them when visiting.
After signing the application/user agreement, submit it to the CMP or host scientist.
For host scientist
The following can only be viewed when accessing from the ILE network.

We will hand out the registration document to the host scientist when approaching time of use.
