Advanced Photonics, extending along with high power laser technology, forms a base for fundamental science to industrial applications. A new research field developed with the advanced photonics will largely contribute to society of the 21st century. At the Institute of Laser Engineering, Osaka University, a new research field “laser-energetics” will be extensively explored under five research divisions. Promotion office is set to promote collaborative works.
