Application of Terahertz waves (0.05\u20134THz) such as spectroscopy, sensing, imaging, and devices can be performed in the collaboration research.<\/p>\n
We can offer the spectroscopy from terahertz region, infrared region
\n(FT-IR), to visible region. The range is 350nm \u2013 6mm (0.2meV \u2013 3.5eV ). Target\uff1a\u3000Semiconductors, insulators, magnetic materials,<\/p>\n
biological materials, metamaterials\u2026etc.<\/p>\n
