{"id":70,"date":"2018-08-20T17:56:05","date_gmt":"2018-08-20T08:56:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www-wp22.ile.osaka-u.ac.jp\/research\/page-0\/"},"modified":"2024-05-16T11:07:37","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T02:07:37","slug":"international","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www-wp22.ile.osaka-u.ac.jp\/eng\/research\/international\/","title":{"rendered":"Activities for International Cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Summary<\/h3>\n<p>We are promoting the international cooperation with universities and laboratories in the world to explore the high energy density science through the collaborations using a high-power laser system, GEKKO-XII and LFEX, which is the most powerful laser system worldwide as academic facility.<br \/>\nWe have now five International Cooperation Offices (ICO) as collaboration hub at the research institute which we have exchanged the mutual interrelationship agreement between two institutions. The following institutes have the ICOs;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laboratoire d\u2019utilisation des lasers intenses, France<\/li>\n<li>Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, USA<\/li>\n<li>Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf e.V.\uff08HZDR\uff09, Germany<\/li>\n<li>General Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering, ELI-NP, Romania<\/li>\n<li>Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology\u30fbInstitute of Physics, Vietnam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also have concluded the interrelationship agreement with universities and research institutes worldwide for the promotion of interexchange students and researchers.
