ILT Joint Research Division for Advanced Laser Technology
Purpose
Power laser technology is rapidly progressing to open a new field of industrial applications. Research and development on advanced laser processing and laser sensing will be performed for aiming to establish an innovative laser technology, suitable for societal implementation.
Research Content
In the advanced industrial applications, lasers of higher performances are necessary. Additionally compactness, robustness, low cost and higher stability are also important features. The challenging efforts to realize such a future advanced lasers will be paid, which accelerate to develop Japan’s original innovative power laser technology.
